The Head of Laver House is Sally Northcroft

Staff meet fortnightly (or more often if necessary) to discuss upcoming events, the Pastoral Care Program or any points of relevance to the members of the House. Once a semester, Tutors meet individually with the Head of House to discuss the academic progress of their charges.
