Honour Board Awards
At the completion of each
school year, Honour Board Awards are presented in the areas of music and
drama. These awards are given to pupils
who throughout their time at

of at least two (2) of the major performing groups within the school over a
period of approximately two years.
Commitment to and during rehearsals must reflect the level of the
award. Recipients of this award would be
considered role models for younger pupils.

performing groups are Junior School Concert Band, Junior School Chorale, Junior

half and full colour awards in Junior School Music must have demonstrated a
dedication to the betterment of fine arts within

will be learning an instrument or receiving vocal tuition.
A special award called the
S.A. Everitt Perpetual Trophy, is given annually to a Junior String pupil who
has displayed a high level of achievement on his/her instrument and has made a
considerable contribution to the Junior String Programme. This presentation is made at the final Junior
Instrumental Concert each year.

Dance

Also, whilst the award is
not to be exclusively a Year 7 award, it would be expected that a Year 7 child
