One of the main aims of the Somerset Alumni Association is to foster on-going communication between Alumni members, no matter when they attended, by providing ways for our former students to stay connected with the College and the wider Somerset community.
The online communications directory provides Alumni with the ability to:
- contact anybody within the directory
- catch up with school friends
- use the business directory
- leave messages via a bulletin board
- update your own details
- inform others of your activities via a diary message
- encourage others to join
- search the world for alumni
- stay up-to-date with Somerset activities
To gain access to the directory as a first time user, click on 'Register' located at the top of the login box.
The Somerset Alumni Association holds annual reunions and social gatherings. Ten Year class reunions have become a tradition, with the first one held in 1997. This same cohort also held the inaugural Twenty Year Reunion in 2007. All members of Year 12 join the association as life members when they leave the College.
Alumni are also encouraged to keep in touch with the College through the 'Keeping Tabs' section in the Somerset magazine, Lifetimes. It is the intention of the College to mail Lifetimes to all Alumni. This can only be possible when former students keep the College informed of their current address.
