Somerset Dining and Retail

Cafeteria, Bird and Bush Cafe, The Retail Centre

The Ray Building houses the retail and dining facilities of the College which comprises the Retail Centre, Cafeteria, Dining Room and Bird & Bush Café.

Pupils in Years 1 to 3 can order morning tea through their classroom teacher from the café. Pupils in Years 4 to 12 can purchase morning tea from either the Bird and Bush Café, Quad Cafe or the PA Café located on the ground floor of the Performing Arts Centre.

Pupils in Years 1 to 5 can purchase lunch from the cafeteria and are accompanied by their teacher to the dining room to eat lunch each day.

Pupils in Years 6 to 12 can purchase lunch from the cafeteria located in The Ray Building. At times, set lunch meetings will be conducted in the Dining Room.

A range of hot and cold foods, drinks and fruit is available. A menu and price list is sent home via the Weekly Newsletter. A weekly 'Specials' Menu is advertised in the Weekly Newsletter.

Pupils who require credit to purchase lunch can do so by obtaining a lunch voucher from Reception to be repaid the following day.

The Retail Manager organises a roster of volunteer helpers. Parents who wish to volunteer their assistance on a regular or casual basis can contact the Retail Manager on Ph: 55304137.
