This week we play all Finals of the APS Winter Season and we have over 800 students taking part in 71 teams, with 75 coaches heading out to 21 different locations. Good luck to all.

Athletics Season begins

2014 - t2 - w8 - Senior Sport

Athletics season has begun with large numbers already in attendance. Students meet at 7.00am at the Track and practices are daily:

Monday & Wednesday: SS Track, JS Jumps/Throws

Tuesday & Thursday: JS Track, SS Jumps/Throws

Friday: All events

  • Holiday Practices: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (7.00-8.30am)

  • Senior School House Athletics Carnival: Friday-Saturday 21-22 July.

Students of all abilities and experience are welcome and all events are catered for with excellent coaches. Come and join Somerset’s biggest team.

Georgia McNamara- Soccer

Well done to Georgia for her selection in the South Coast Under15 Girls Soccer Team.

Charlie Liu and Fraser Ward- Rugby

Charlie and Fraser have both been selected for the Hinterland Under 12 Rugby Union Team to compete at the South Coast Trials. To top off a good month, Charlie was also selected for the Gold Coast Cyclones Under 12 Rugby Union Representative side to play at the Queensland State Championships.
