How do I log in to My Somerset Community?

To access My Somerset Community, click on the My Somerset Community link from our Portals menu in the top right of the Colleges website or from the link within Schoolbox. Login using your Parent ID number and password. The entire online environment at Somerset College uses one username, one password across all platforms.

What do I do if I have forgotten my username, password or have other issues with My Somerset Community?

Your username and password is the same as you use to access Schoolbox, the App and My Student Account. Instructions to reset your password if required can be found under the portals FAQs - see the Reset Password link.

If you have any queries or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to email us at mycommunity@somerset.qld.edu.au or visit the central desk in the Knowledge and Information Precinct between 8.00am - 5.00pm during term time.

How do I review the information the College has for my children and myself and update them?

We encourage you to regularly check the contact details we have on record for you, and update them if required. To check the details we have on record, login to My Somerset Community and via the My Details tab you can edit and save any changes required.

Similarly to your contact details, we encourage you to regularly check and update your child’s medical information, and update if required. To do this, login to My Somerset Community, open the My Details tab and open your child’s profile. To edit the information contained here, click on the edit button, make your changes and save.

How do I book parent-teacher interviews?

To make bookings, please click on the Interviews tab after logging in to My Somerset Community. You will only see your children. In order to make bookings for different children, please select their name on the top right of the page. The system will not allow you to make duplicate bookings at the same time when logged in, however, should parents wish to attend interviews with different teachers at the same time, this can be achieved by each parent logging in separately and making bookings individually. Can I see fees online in My Somerset Community?

You are able to view fee statements and pay fees online via our NAB electronic gateway. Please see the attached PDF guide on this page for instructions on how to do so. For any Accounts enquiries, please email accounts@somerset.qld.edu.au.

How do I pay fees online?

There is a help guide found on the page that explains how to pay fees online in My Somerset Community. If you wish to pay fees annually and receive the associated deduction, you are able to make that selection online in My Somerset Community at the start of the College year.
