A Queensland Championship bronze medal was awarded to Darcy Halloran in the 10 year division. He ran the two kilometres in seven minutes and 25-seconds. Congratulations to Darcy!

All school students from age six, of all abilities, were invited to compete at the recent 36th annual QA All Schools Cross Country Championships which were held at Rivermount College.

A special mention must also go to the following student athletes (age, rank in Qld):

• Nick Tan (16yrs, 36th)

These student athletes truly tested the tough Rivermount course.
