Somerset Actors Studio (SAS) is a collection of students who love getting together, learning more about acting and extending our creative abilities.

At the beginning of the year, we competed in the Theatresports competition held at Dust Temple during the Somerset Celebration of Literature. Throughout the process we learnt new improvisation games and honed our quick thinking skills to compete against other schools in front of acclaimed script writer Matthew Ryan (The Harbinger, Boy Girl Wall, Kelly).

Throughout the year we have improved our auditioning skills through mock auditions, helped decorate the High School Musical set, laughed until our bellies hurt and each week we welcome new members to the group.

If you like participating in drama games, laughing with friends and honing your acting skills, feel free to join SAS each Wednesday lunchtime in PA22.
