The State School Swimming Titles were held from Thursday 23 to Saturday 25 March in Brisbane. This is an extremely competitive event and this year, Somerset had over 25 swimmers compete combining both College students and Somerset Swim Club members with some amazing results.

Swimmers results are listed below from those that finished in the top ten and making a final. Notably, quite a few of these swimmers won medals, with Brooke Otto breaking the Queensland Schools record for the Girls 15 Years 200m Backstroke.

Congratulations to all of the swimmers who competed. This is a fantastic result for the College.

Somerset had a host of swimmers competing over the School Holiday period in Brisbane as both the National Open Championships (World Championships selection trials) as well as the National Age Championships were held. Well done to those who competed.
