Last Friday evening, Somerset College held one of its largest events in its calendar, the annual Cultural Collage. This year took a tropical and outdoor spin to this entertaining night.

From fairy lights, to colourful leis, and inflatable mini palm trees, the “Cultural Tropicollage” was a success for all ensembles, choirs, bands, drama groups, Wordsmiths performers who participated. The audience saw performances of Michael Jackson songs, dramatic monologues and play excerpts and amusing performances with some interesting costume choices. Congratulations must also go to those students who received various awards throughout the night.

However, this night would not have been possible without the help of the Tech Crew, directors of each of the various performance items, and of course, Mrs Roberts and Miss Green. We thank you all sincerely for the hard work and effort you have put into making “Cultural Tropicollage” the fantastic experience it was.
