Carly Fradgley

Carly Fradgley is Founder and CEO of Baby Give Back, a leading Queensland-based charity that aims to break the cycle of poverty for vulnerable families, by providing the essential items they need to keep their children safe. Carly had a successful career as a lawyer prior to starting Baby Give Back in her garage in December 2016. Baby Give Back has supported over 25,000 children.

Carly now leads a passionate team of warehouse, operational and social services staff, who together are motivated to change the trajectory for local children living in poverty, while ensuring vulnerable families feel safe, connected and socially included with judgement-free and customised support.
