Michael Metcalfe

Michael is the Founder of Kynd, a Gold Coast startup team that uses local people and smart technology to help people living with disabilities to find, hire and manage their Disability Support Workers, for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services. Kynd’s platform makes NDIS support and work simple and personalised.

A serial entrepreneur, Michael previously founded Snotels in 2010 and launched the world’s first ‘alpine only’ hotel brand with 30 sites across Europe. He has advised investors and family offices across the Middle East, Europe and Asia and mentored startups with the Branson Entrepreneurship Centre. Michael has lived in Colorado, London and cruise ships, summited Mt. Kilimanjaro and travelled to 50 countries.
