Nick is a newly graduated personal trainer who uses fresh, up-to-date training techniques specifically focusing on building muscle, toning and fat loss primarily aimed at young adults.

He has numerous qualifications which include female specific training, boxing and Level 1 Nutrition.

His training is tailored to the individual, specifically relating the exercises with the client’s goals in mind.
