The Assistant Head of Department – Business and Economics supports the strategic leadership, curriculum development and operational effectiveness of the College's Business and Economics learning areas.
Working closely with the Head of Department, this position provides curriculum leadership and teaching excellence across Economics, Business, Commerce and Legal Studies, while fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and outstanding student outcomes. As a member of the Academic Leadership Team, the Assistant Head of Department will contribute to whole-school academic initiatives, curriculum improvement and strategic educational priorities. Experience within the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) will be highly regarded, as the successful applicant will provide leadership and support for relevant MYP Business learning areas.
