Somerset College is seeking a Junior School Pedagogical Coach to join our Junior School Leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly effective educator who is passionate about strengthening teaching practice and enhancing student outcomes through coaching, mentoring and professional learning. Working closely with the Head of Junior School and Junior School Leadership Team, you will support the implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) while helping teachers develop contemporary, evidence-informed approaches to teaching and learning.
Through instructional coaching, professional learning and collaborative partnerships, you will foster a culture of reflective practice, continuous improvement and innovation. Your work will have a direct impact on teacher growth, student engagement, wellbeing and achievement across the Junior School.
