Thanks to the generosity of Somerset families, over 250 other Gold Coast families will have an unexpectedly brighter Christmas this year. A few weeks ago, the Christmas tree in reception began to sprout a small collection of bags of groceries, decorations and toys at its feet.
The collection has now grown to a flood that threatens to overtake all the floor space!
The bags will be collected by Wesley Mission today for distribution to needy families in time for Christmas.
Thank you Somerset for this very tangible expression of goodwill, and for all the other ways your spirit of generosity has prompted you to share gifts of time and substance this Christmas season.
