Last week, Thursday 15 August we hosted our Lower Years Athletics Carnival. Although the rain tried to dampen the mood, the sun came out shining as the students and some of our wonderful parents, led by Mrs Lola McLaughlin participated in the Health Hustle to get warmed up.
It has been a busy and exciting week in Junior School as students in Years 3 to 5 participated in Italian Week. Students enjoyed fun activities on offer during lunchtimes to celebrate the wonderful Italian Culture.
My name is Thomas Dawson, I’m a Year 10 student and for my Personal Project I have produced a high-quality reel of difficult skateboarding footage to showcase my skill in skateboarding. When I was 11 years old, I discovered a skateboarding video game called Touchgrind Skate on the app store.
Year 7 boys had the amazing opportunity to meet Keneti Galo Thursday August 8. Keneti shared his personal experiences in an interactive way to bring us an important message about actions and consequences, and how we can bounce back from mistakes we make as young impulsive teenage boys who don’t always think things through.
