Baden U'Ren

Baden is an internationally recognised entrepreneurship educator and innovation professional, a multiple company founder, and has a background in investment banking and private equity. He blends academic rigour with commercial reality to provide unique insights into strategy formulation and implementation.

He is cofounder of The Unconventional Group, building dynamic capabilities in organisations through immersive missions, strategic interventions, and targeted board and C-suite education. Baden will soon be commencing at Somerset College’s first Entrepreneur in Residence.
