Do all students have a College email account?

All students from Years 4 to 12 have a College email accounts. Student College emails all are usernumber@student.somerset.qld.edu.au. Students access their College email by clicking on the Office 365 link on the College website.

How can I reset my password?

Passwords can be reset from the Reset Password link on the College website portals dropdown menu. You will then be asked to enter your username and a one-off security code will be emailed to the personal email address that the College holds for you. Once the code is entered and you are able to enter a new password.

Staff and students can change an existing password at any time via College devices, Ctrl-Alt-Del brings up an option to change Your Password. To change your password for any other device, log in to Office 365 via the portal menu on the College website.
